Privacy, in plain language

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Traffic measurement. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. We cannot identify you from it and do not try.

The contact form. When you send the get-price form, we receive the name, email address, and message you typed. We use them to answer your request and for the follow-up you asked for, and for nothing else. We do not send newsletters, run automated sequences, or share your data with third parties. Form submissions are counted server-side in aggregate (a number, not a profile) so we know the site works.

Email. If you email us directly, the same applies: your message is used to answer you.

Retention and your rights. We keep correspondence as long as a business relationship or a legal obligation requires, and delete it on request where the law allows. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted: info@simulcnc.com. Data controller: SIMUL ApS, address above. If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), datatilsynet.dk.
